ABOUT ME

MY BACKGROUND

I’m Nihal, a qualified sports rehabilitation professional with a strong focus on evidence-based treatment, long-term recovery, and performance-led outcomes. My work centres around helping individuals move better, recover efficiently, and build resilience through structured rehabilitation and hands-on therapy.

I work with a wide range of clients, from athletes to individuals managing everyday musculoskeletal issues, delivering tailored treatment plans that address the root cause of pain or dysfunction rather than just symptoms.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

My services are designed to support recovery, performance, and long-term movement health, including:

  • MSK tailored rehabilitation plans

  • Sports massage therapy

  • Wet and dry cupping therapy

  • Injury recovery and return-to-activity support

  • Strength, mobility, and movement optimisation

Each treatment begins with a detailed assessment to ensure every plan is personalised, progressive, and aligned with the client’s goal

EXPERIENCE & APPROACH

With over 400 hours of clinical and private practice experience, I’ve worked across a variety of settings, supporting clients with muscle, tendon, ligament, bone, and nerve-related injuries. My approach combines clinical reasoning, structured exercise prescription, and hands-on techniques to deliver measurable, long-lasting results.

I place strong emphasis on education and movement awareness, ensuring clients understand their injury, recovery process, and how to prevent recurrence.

BEYOND THE CLINIC

Alongside clinical practice, I’m also the author of The Body’s Equation, a project focused on helping individuals better understand their body, movement, and recovery. The book explores the relationship between physical health, performance, and long-term wellbeing, encouraging a structured and informed approach to training and rehabilitation.

In addition to this, I run my own brand specialising in fitness equipment, designed to support strength training, rehabilitation, and ongoing physical development beyond the clinic setting. These ventures reflect a wider commitment to empowering individuals to take control of their health, recovery, and performance both inside and outside of treatment.
